牛乳源肽Lfcin B抗菌活性、稳定性及协同效应研究Study on Antibacterial Activity, Stability and Synergistic Effect of Lactoferricin Bovine

摘要(Abstract):
为了探讨绿色安全抗生素替代品牛乳源肽(Lactoferricin Bovine,Lfcin B)的抗菌活性、稳定性及其与抗生素协同效应。检测Lfcin B与三种抗生素对常见致病菌的最小抑菌浓度与最小杀菌浓度;采用棋盘法分析Lfcin B与抗生素联合使用效果;测定不同温度与pH值对Lfcin B抑菌活性影响。实验结果表明:Lfcin B和抗生素对常见畜禽致病菌均具有良好抑菌活性,对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC值为8μg/mL;Lfcin B和阿莫西林联合使用存在协同效应,对大肠杆菌和猪霍乱沙门氏菌的分级抑制浓度指数(fractional inhibitory concentration index, FIC指数)达到0.312 5;Lfcin B的热稳定性和酸碱稳定性良好,在40~60℃和p H 6~8的条件下对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC值保持在8μg/mL。结果提示,Lfcin B具有成为新型饲用抗生素替代品的巨大潜力。
