青海海东鸡母体日粮精氨酸水平对子代雏鸡肠道形态和血清生化指标影响Effects of Maternal Dietary Arginine Level on Intestinal Morphology and Serum Biochemical Indices of Qinghai Haidong Chicken

摘要(Abstract):
为研究不同水平精氨酸对海东鸡生产性能以及对子代雏鸡肠道形态学、血清生化指标影响,试验选取165只海东鸡种鸡(公母比例1∶10)随机分为5组,分别添加0.10%、0.30%、0.50%、0.70%和0.90%精氨酸替代麸皮,使各组精氨酸计算水平分别为0.96%、1.16%、1.36%、1.56%和1.76%,且互为对照组。试验结果表明:日粮中添加0.30%精氨酸可以显著提高母鸡产蛋率,也可降低料蛋比和7日龄雏鸡体重,但不同梯度的精氨酸对7日龄雏鸡十二指肠重量、空肠重量、空肠长度、回肠重量、回肠长度无显著性影响(P>0.05),其中0.70%组十二指肠长度较长;母鸡日粮添加0.50%精氨酸对子代十二指肠绒毛、十二指肠隐窝深度、空肠绒毛长度、空肠隐窝深度、回肠绒毛长度和回肠隐窝深度有显著影响(P<0.05);并且日粮中添加0.30%精氨酸能显著降低7日龄雏鸡血清TG的含量(P<0.05),显著增加血清LDL、HDL、GLU、GH、GC含量(P<0.05),种鸡日粮中添加0.70%精氨酸能显著增加7日龄雏鸡血清TC的含量(P<0.05)。日粮中添加0.30%和0.50%精氨酸对成年海东母鸡生产性能以及子代雏鸡肠道形态、血清生化指标改善最佳。
