不同精粗比对淘汰母牛生产性能及血液生化指标的影响Effects of Different Diets on Growth Performance and Blood Biochemical Parameters in Cull Cows

摘要(Abstract):
为探究不同精粗比对淘汰母牛生产性能及血液生化指标的影响。试验将体重相近、体况良好的淘汰安格斯母牛随机分为3组,每组10头,并按试验1、2、3组分别饲喂日粮精粗比为7030,6040,5050的日粮,在试验初期及试验末期称量试验牛体重并收集血清样本,记录各组试验牛日采食量,测定生产性能及血液生化指标。结果表明:各组试验牛初体重、干物质采食量无显著差异(P>0.05),试验末重、平均日增重均为试验1组显著(P<0.05)、极显著(P<0.01)高于试验3组,料重比以试验3组最高,试验1组最低,说明日粮精粗比对淘汰母牛增重效果及饲料利用率具有显著影响(P<0.05)。在血液生化指标检测中,各试验组末期TP、ALB、ALT、BUN值无显著差异(P>0.05),但Glu、AST值均为试验1组显著高于试验3组(P<0.05),而TCHO、TG值为试验1组均极显著高于试验3组(P<0.01),试验2组TCHO值显著高于试验3组(P<0.05),由此表明Glu、AST、TCHO及TG值随日粮精粗比的升高而升高。综上所述,日粮精粗比为7030,淘汰母牛血液生化指标维持正常,并获得较优的增重效果及经济收益。
